General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop "Zenaya - Health & Wellness." These GTC are an integral part of all contracts we conclude with our customers.
2. Conclusion of contract
- The contract is concluded when the customer completes the ordering process in the online shop and receives an order confirmation from us.
- The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
3. Prices and payment terms
- All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, advance payment).
- The purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
4. Delivery and shipping
- We deliver our products within Switzerland and abroad, unless otherwise stated.
- The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from receipt of order.
- Shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate cancellation policy.
6. Warranty and Liability
- The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of product defects, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement.
- Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on our part.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Data protection
We collect and process personal data solely to process your order. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of our company.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
